Fantastic to see the Camberwell United Tennis Club settling into its landscape.
This was a project where I worked client side assisting the CUTC with the process of the full redevelopment of their clubhouse.
This was a project where all stakeholders: the adjacent residential (heritage overlay) community, the park users and internally within the CUTC, were firmly against the development. Other issues included the original 1930 clubhouse was not built on the title, and the site had limited space.
The resilience and professionalism of the Boroondara Council project managers should be commended and the brilliant architecture by Tony Baenziger is outstanding.
All stakeholders are now more than thrilled with the result.

After a much needed catch up on maintenance, we combined old and new furniture for a fully updated "refresh".
The owner now has a steady income producing asset. The property has a very safe flow of visitors and is one of Airbnb's "most loved homes" with a 4.96 rating.
